Aims and scope
Vie et milieu / Life & Environment (V&M) is an international journal of general ecology publishing papers in English on the interactions of organisms with their environment, since 1950. The main domains covered by the journal are marine and terrestrial ecology and biodiversity, evolution and environment.
Aspects of particular interest include, but are not limited to: ecophysiology, ecotoxicology, trophic webs, quantitative ecology, modelisation, taxonomy, phylogenetics, symbioses, microbiology, population dynamics, zoology.
While original research articles are the backbone of V&M, method papers, reviews and comments are also welcome. Special volume on specific topics are regularly published.
